Old Business

* Motion made by Chris Myrick to have our Fun Fly on the 4th of April. 2nd by Rodney. We will call it the April Fools Fun Fly. Chris Myrick, Brian, and Rodney volunteered to head up committee. Update: Chris will bring grill, tables, chairs, generator, and PA system, Brian-hotdogs, Bart-chips, buns. We can get a Pepsi Trailer for free to setup drinks. Motion made by Brian 2nd by Chris M to set aside $250 for our Fun Fly expenses.
* It was mentioned that we need a Club sign put up at the road entrance. Chris S will get wood, Shannen will help build. Open (Month 3)
* Motion made by Brian, 2nd by Shannen to pay $50 for sign permit at our Club entrance. Open (Month 2).
* It was mentioned that we need pilot stands built before our AFFF. Open (Month 3). We will get the materials and build them during our AFFF test run on the 22th of March. Shannen will get some ¾” PVC pipe, and 90 Deg fittings. Everyone else bring any ¾” fittings/pipes you have.
* Motion made by Shannen, 2nd by Chris S to reposition our runway to put it more in line with the wind and away from the trees. We will get the tractor on the 21st of Feb; everyone is invited to bring tools and help. Update: Field repositioned, still have a few items to move. It will all be moved in time for our AFFF.
* Field Annual cleanup day on the 29th of March.

New Business

* Fun channel wants to get with a few of us and our planes to run a TV ad for our AFFF. Motion made by Brian, 2nd by Ed to pay the $25 fee, carried by all.
* Sunday 12:00 on 22 March will be our AFFF trial run. We will run our events and work out any problems.
* Mow team is looking for mowers to help. Members are exempt from dues. See Rodney.
* We need to get contact info (E-mail, phone #’s) for all our current members.
* Motion made by Brian, 2nd by Shannen to sell our old left over chain fence at Brian’s shop for a minimum of $250.

* Motion made by Chris to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Floyd, carried by all. Meeting closed at 17:50.
